Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual for the position of Truss Factory Manufacturing with a “Get it Done” attitude
- Although some industry experience is preferred, it is not a requirement for an eager to learn and willing to be molded personality
- We focus on safety in the manufacturing Plant and hold monthly safety training meetings
- Be part of the Truss building team and see the process from conceptual to developmental stage through to completion.
- We will train on entry level carpentry skills needed to build wall panels and/or roof trusses in our indoor manufacturing plant
